A Battle of Britain Sergeant-Pilot, 1940

Two people.

One of the Few,

One of the Many.

Each work seamlessly as a team,

each prepare for battle.

Each fight that battle, too.

The Few entirely dependant

The Many entirely dependable.

A Hawker Hurricane. I think the pilot may have just landed as he is still in full kit. There is something uniquely beautiful about the Hawker Hurricane. KTW

Ken Webb is a writer and proofreader.
